Easter wrap-up: US vs UK chocolate goodies

Apparently the Easter bunny must have special sources of information, because he sent a delegate with dark chocolate on Easter Monday who was able to find me to deliver even though I wasn't at home. ;-)

Most interesting to me in the UK--gigantic Easter hollow chocolate eggs own the show (note my 2 liter water bottle for size comparison purposes):

In the US, I don't recall ever seeing such giant eggs. As a norm, the US has chocolate bunnies, like this, which sometimes are filled with something like caramel in the smaller ones:

Also noticeably missing in the UK from my US point of view: Peeps.

But overall it was a very nice Easter in a pleasant location with good company.

...and one can never complain about a four day weekend in any event! ;-)
