The cumbersome part, to clear the bookshelves and then move the away from the walls to get behind them is now in process. Here Slocombe surveys the room from on top of a moved bookshelf, because a cat must do such things, of course. Fortunately I had just dusted the top off or someone may have done that for me instead. ;-)
So this is low tack (read: expensive) medium blue masking tap lining the edges and they've now been down in the blue/grey colour. So the next step will be to colour inside of the lines and then to peel off the tape.
The end is in sight, for the walls, at least. The ceiling is still to come...
