or alternate title 'have ticket, will travel.' Germany offers something the Philly public transportation network does not, a 'SchönerTagTicket' NRW, or 'nice day ticket' for the NRW region. This ticket allows one to travel for the entire day on the entire regional public transport network such as the local trains and buses.
